An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 29, 2020
Every Tuesday at 5:30 PM from the Modesto Junior College Track. Join the group for an all levels welcome track workout. If you have never completed speed work before, this workout will teach you the basics of proper warm-ups/cool-downs, intervals, pacing, and recovery times.
