The ShadowChase Running Club offers rental equipment for timing your race.
We offer race director resources and guidance for race management and timing equipment rentals, there are options to fit any local race.

Equipment Rental Only
(Payment due at time of reservation)
- Clock Rental – $200
- Other race course equipment ex: flagging, delineators, finish boards, etc. – $50– $5 per table
Deposit
- $200 damage deposit required on all rentals. Deposit will be returned after equipment is returned and inspected for damages.
- $50 cancellation fee may be applicable without a 30 day notice to cancel.

If You Purchase Our Timing Services
Computer and chip timing – $4.00 per runner
(Races with 400+ pre-registered runners may require chip timing)
We will require the minimum of $300.00 as your deposit to reserve your date.
We will assist you in race day registration and race day packet pick up. ShadowChase will set up the finish line and clock, time the runners as they come across the finish line, and provide a computerized print out of all age group winners, and overall winners and their times. We will post results on the club’s website.
In order for ShadowChase to time your event and provide the computerized results printout you must provide the club with an MS Excel spread sheet 3 days in advance. The spreadsheet should contain:
- Bib number (NO duplicate numbers for any runners. If running more than one race they must be assigned a different number for each race.)
- Last name
- First name
- Age
- Gender
- Zip code
- Specify race they will be running (if there is more than one race).
