Every Tuesday at 5:30 PM from the Modesto Junior College Track. Join the group for an all-levels welcome track workout. If you have never completed speed work before, this workout will teach you the basics of proper warm-ups/cool-downs, intervals, pacing, and recovery times.

Meet at Mr. T’s Donut Shop at Standiford and Tully at 7:30 am. Runners and walkers are welcome for a distance of 4-6 miles.
